Data Analysis and Review
In order to have a successful claim settlement, the necessary books and records and relevant information must be analyzed on a timely basis and under the framework provided by applicable contracts or insurance policies. This involves:

• Analyzing liability issues• Analyzing the Insured’s claim

Communicating Findings and Conclusions
Once the relevant data has been gathered and analyzed, our findings and conclusions have to be accurately and effectively conveyed. This entails:
• Detailed reports of findings  
• Verbal presentations to insurers and/or insured’s• Attend Market Meetings  
• Graphical representations of data• Provide Expert Testimony

Litigation Support Services
Our professionals are also experienced in litigation proceedings and normally assist in the preparation and development of such proceedings.  Whether in the courtroom, at appraisal or an examination under oath, we can provide expert testimony, support other experts or rebut opposing expert’s testimony.
